Smooth transaction with Axel and Jon the manager. Very good customer service and true to their words. Not too much back and forth haggling. I spent reasonable time at the dealership. This is not my first rodeo at car dealerships. And shout out to the finance guy (I forgot his name, sorry) gave me a smooth transaction too. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with them.

I had my car serviced today and it was a great experience. I knew I'd have a wait but that's not on them. Carl, Philip, and Davey helped me out and made sure before I left that they went over everything with me and were what I will now use as my standard experience.

Casey, in the Service Center always does a fantastic job. Clear communication and follow through. Thank you Casey. I appreciate your service. 09/20/2025: Huge waste of time. I guess I didn’t learn my lesson the first two times I went in and worked with the Salesman. Seemed to me didn’t want to make a sale. My wife and I get all the way to signing and a small issue loses the sale…. The Sales Manager was not motivated to make a Sale. I will not be back. I stand by what I said about The Service Department. Casey is a great SA and the Service Director Steven is the best in the business. It’s a shame the Sales Team failed big on this one. 09/24/2025- I have updated my review back to 5 Stars because of how a bad experience was turned around into a positive one. HUGE shout out to Salesman John Nguyen! John was never apart of the initial issue and I am thankful he did not give up on the situation. He made things right and has earned a customer for life with how he handle this situation from the very start and until the end. Anyone that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle go and see John. He will listen to your needs and he will go above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you John, for helping my wife and I. We couldn’t be happier! Also want to give a shout out to Kat the Sales Manager! Kat you were a huge help in all of this and I appreciate your care in the situation. Makes sense why you are in a Managment position, you pushed to get this all handled. Thank you for your leadership and getting this settled for my wife and I.
