First of all I want to share with the public that Don Gilman dealership is far the best to bring in your Toyota vehicle to have it serviced they are number one in my book. Talk about courtesy honesty and integrity wow hands down the best team in town. Mr Rincon one of their advisors was on the spot any question we had was answered just like that. Don was extremely helpful! He checked on my car when it was taking awhile and he also found my water bottle I left behind. I really appreciate his efforts! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the initial sales associate was less helpful and not very responsive.

While other service managers scattered, late in the day, Michael Butterworth at Toyota of Katy, took my car in for an oil change, made great recommendations , and provided excellent customer service. I will return to Michael from now on. It was my first or second walk-in ever in 8 years (use to live in Florida ).

Even though I didn’t end up buying a car, Daniel Chang provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to guide me around the dealership and help me get to the parts department. Really appreciated his willingness to help without any pressure. Great experience overall!
