The staff is always friendly here. They are also very efficient, and usually quick. If it will be longer, they provide transportation home and back. And they keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle as you wait, including a video of the work being done on your car! It’s like you’re able to be right there and watch them while they check your car out! I tried another dealership once, and will never do that again. Other dealerships just feel like car sales places, or a typical mechanic shop. This place feels very friendly, Like your part of their Toyota family!
