My experience at Toyota of Katy was amazing from start to finish. My journey began when I visited the Toyota website and built my 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. Shortly after, I was contacted by Hayley, who was wonderful at answering all of my questions and guiding me through the next steps. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Justin Lay, who made me feel like he had known me my whole life. He was never pushy and truly gave me the space to make my own decisions about what I wanted. He didn’t try to steer me toward a different vehicle — he genuinely wanted to help me find my dream car, and I really appreciated that. My experience continued to be excellent when I went into finance and worked with Alvie. He was just as amazing — professional, informative, and again, not pushy when it came to additional options. He carefully explained the vehicle service contracts and allowed me to decide what was best for me. In January I purchased a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum MAX Hybrid AWD from Toyota of Katy. Tim Balogun, Sales Consultant, was the primary reason I purchased it from Katy of Toyota; he did a superb job of explaining what I was purchasing, and introduced me to Toyota of Katy's lifetime powertrain limited warranty, which I found very important. Since my purchase, I continue to enjoy working with him.

Tim was my salesman at Toyota Katy. Tim not only sales you a car he takes your concerns into consideration. After purchasing the vehicle a week later the vehicle needed a battery. Tim went the extra mile to have a diagnostic performed on the vehicle since it was a use car. The next day Tim returned my vehicle to my home with a new battery. I would refer this young man to anyone wanting to buy a new or use vehicle.
