Buying a car is very hard, but thanks to Zeb and Alve’s help, I had a wonderful experience and I’m very happy so for with my purchase. And I’m not always easy to please. 😉
Update: I immediately had problems with my 2025 Camry drifting to the right. I felt this was unacceptable for a new car, especially a Toyota, and knowing that when I buy, I keep my vehicles for many, many years. I was distraught. The sales team worked with the service department and first aligned the front wheels and when that did not resolve the issue they cross rotated the front tires. But I did not want to own a vehicle with a front-end alignment problem. I realize that not all Dealerships are willing to make a situation like this right especially once you have signed on the dotted line. However, I am pleased to say they came up with a solution that was acceptable. Thanks everyone for caring!
