Professional and knowing

Turning to Toyota of Katy to acquire my vehicle was one of the most extraordinary and flawless experiences of my life. Everyone I interacted with from the gentleman assisting in the visitor parking area and the administrator, and Mr Manager Trenard (who personally had the kindness to greet me) embodies a "solution-oriented" philosophy. Furthermore, I feel truly blessed that my contact was Francisco Noguera, a true gentleman! He inspires confidence and a sense of security; he is truly inspiring. Thank you to everyone.

Great service. Very timely. Andy was very courteous and made sure the service run smooth, kept me updated and made sure everything was done timely due to some constraints I had.

Just bought a Grand Highlander, because of Julian, great service and always looking to make this as comfortable as possible. The only advice I can give the dealership is get rid of the outside sales people, it can be overwhelming to get approached even when you haven’t finished parking. Everything else was great, thank you Julian!
