The truth is, I regained my trust in people when I met Joao Pereira, an exceptional salesperson. He went above and beyond what was required. He always looked for a way to help me. He was empathetic, decent, and polite like few others. May God bless him and allow more people like him to exist, because a good salesperson isn't easy to find. Overall, excellent service, an active, smiling, and polite staff, and I can't forget Richard Prieto from the finance department—a very professional gentleman! I've overcome the bad experience I had years ago at another of their dealerships, which made me rule them out as an option for buying a car. 20 points. Thank you for your help.

I bought a 2025 Tacoma SR5. Wow! What a difference between that and my trade in of a 2023 Tacoma SR5. I got THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WHILE BUYING A VEHICLE. In the past it was always a fight to get a little bit of what you wanted, and the dealer found a way to make it difficult. The sales person Courtney Fillings was outstanding as was the guy that did the financing Alejandro (sorry I forgot his last name)! If your in the market to buy a Toyota or just sell them your used Toyota, go see Toyota of Katy Don McGill. Do not go to Fred Hass. Very bad experience when I bought my first Tacoma!

I had an amazing experience, especially thanks to Mohsen, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond at every step. His guidance was truly valuable and made the process so much smoother. We purchased a Toyota Highlander Platinum, and Mark, the friendly sales manager, was fantastic in assisting us throughout the purchase. In the finance department, Sunday was very pleasant and professional, making the paperwork process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful for the excellent customer service from everyone — special thanks again to Mohsen for his outstanding support.

I have been visiting this dealership for regular car servicing for years. The service is usually pretty good. I've had a few bad experiences in the past, but the recent ones have been positive. The front counter does a good job of trying to balance wait times with offering rides and temporary rentals if service is going to take an extended time. I wish they'd do a better job of reviewing the post servicing results and setting expectations for future servicing visits. I looked at one used vehicle while waiting for servicing and the sales guy was overly pushy. Even though I said up front I was just looking at options to plan for the distant future when my current car isn't worth keeping, he was trying to get me to buy that used car without even discussing other options. He ignored everything I said, I suppose thinking his sales tactics would break me down. Instead it turned me off from wanting to buy a car from here in the future.
