Nahom was our car salesman and he was hands down phenomenal with his knowledge and determination to not just sale us a car, but sale us a reliable car even with our small budget. He was absolutely amazing. This is a very honest review. If you’re shopping around for a car, definitely go see Nahom! Also, Jennifer one of the sales managers was the sweetest, could definitely tell it’s not just a job for her. She really showed concern.

I had an outstanding experience at Don McGill Toyota of Katy thanks to Brandon Hawkins. From the moment we started talking, Brandon was straight to the point and refreshingly honest. He didn’t use any of the typical sales tactics you often expect at a dealership. Instead, he actually listened to what I wanted and respected my time. I first visited the dealership about five months ago with another sales man but ended up not buying. When I returned recently, Brandon took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and got right to work. He quickly located a truck on the lot that fit all my requests. He was able to negotiate extremely well on my behalf and helped get the numbers exactly where I needed them to be. I ended up purchasing a brand new Toyota Tundra Platinum, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. I bought my dream truck today and worked with Daniel Ligas who was wonderful! I intended to get a used 4Runner and left with a new truck. He worked with me over multiple days and was patient, knowledgeable and kind. He knew I was “settling” on looking at a 4Runner although my heart wanted a truck. So he helped me get the best price so I could walk out the door with my dream truck. Highly recommend working with him.

60K maintenance for a 22’ Venza XLE Hybrid. Requested Mayelie Assistant Service Manager. All work completed in 2 hours making an appointment first. Noted: Mayelie indicated good day to come in to do any repair work on cars. Low volume of people not coming in for car repairs or maintenance due to Spring Break in Katy areas.
