I recently took my Corolla Cross in for its 10,000-mile maintenance, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Even though it was a Saturday at 2:00 pm (which I expected to be busy), everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making the time pass by easily. You can really tell that this dealership has strong leadership and a team that cares about providing a positive experience for their customers. Highly recommend!
