Excellent customer service from door to door! My first contact was with Zeb Poindexter who quickly diffused a SNAF regarding my appointment and made sure I was quickly taken care of. Alex Vlasov was my salesman who answered all questions, was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Eddy Parra, the Finance Manager, was also knowledgeable, courteous and handled the process quickly and smoothly. All of these gentlemen made my car purchase a pleasant experience. One reason was their positive, encouraging outlook on life and people; and were not there just there to sell a car. Each one was willing to go above and beyond. While shopping for a car, I had multiple negative experiences at other dealerships and I chose to buy my car at Toyota of Katy because of my overall experience and the excellence of the people who worked with me. The moment I walked in the door of the dealership everything was handled professionally and quickly. I walked out the door to my purchased car thankful for a positive, friendly experience.
