For decades these two titans of the mid-size sedan class have been competing to see who will reign supreme, with both the Camry and Accord having strong reputations for reliability and for maintaining excellent value. We wanted to see what would happen when matching the new Camry and new Accord together in a side-by-side comparison to see which of these iconic sedans would come out on top for model year 2022.

Both of these mid-size sedans are still at the top of their game, but it's clear that the new 2022 Toyota Camry has a slight edge over the Honda Accord in the areas that matter the most to our Texas customers. While they're alike in plenty of ways, Camry offers better power and efficiency, as well as a more intuitive and state-of-the-art cabin. While it was a close race, Toyota Camry remains the king of the mid-size sedan hill when compared with the new Honda Accord.
